We coordinate scheduling, provide interview guidance, and remain available to answer questions throughout the process. If desired, we can also help evaluate strengths, discuss concerns, and compare candidates following interviews.
Our goal is to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
Step 6.
Offer & Hiring Support
Once you've selected your preferred candidate, we assist with the final stages of the placement process.
This includes:
Putting offer together and presenting to candidate
Extended background screening
Customized family nanny employment agreement
Domestic payroll recommendations and introductions
Best-practice recommendations for a successful transition
We help ensure every detail is handled professionally so your family can begin this new relationship with peace of mind.

You will pay your Nanny directly, regardless of placement type.

The placement process for full or part-time placement typically takes anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. This time frame can sometimes be shorter or longer depending on things like specific job requirements, job schedule, availability of candidates, and family responsiveness.

Regardless of the placement type, you are typically sent 2 to 4 who have been hand selected and vetted by SCN specifically for your position. Our goal is to keep you from becoming overwhelmed and take the stress out of the search process, so we will only send you qualified candidates who match your family’s needs.

The rate and benefits you offer may vary depending on the job specifics. We'll work with you to come up with a fair and competitive compensation plan.
Average Rates Per Position:
Full-Time Nanny: $24-$32/hr
FT Nanny/Family Assistant: $25-$35/hr
Part-Time Nanny: $18-$27/hr

Full-Time & Part-Time Placements: We offer a 90 day replacement guarantee, along with the option to add on additional replacement guarantee time via our a la carte add-ons.
Part-Time Subscription: We offer up to 3 replacement nannies per every 12 month period.

After submitting the online registration, you'll receive an email with a Welcome Guide and a link to schedule your Family Assessment Call where we get to know you and your specific needs, and talk through our process and any questions you may have.
After the Assessment call you will receive a custom proposal for your review/acceptance.
