HOW IT WORKS
We Get To Know You
Get started by completing the quick registration form via our website. Once submitted, you'll receive an email with more details and a link to schedule your Family Assessment call. This call allows us to get to know your family and understand your specific needs. If SCN is the right fit for your needs, we'll then send you a personalized proposal, agency agreement, and invoice for the initial Search Fee.
We Find Your Ideal Candidates
We create a custom job description and begin recruiting & screening applicants until we find candidates who will fit your family’s needs and personality. We then help coordinate interviews between you and the top candidates.
We Help You Create an Offer
We walk you through making an offer and creating a custom agreement for placement. The full-time placement fee will be due to SCN prior to your Nanny’s first day of work & the part-time placement fee will be charged on an on-going monthly basis for the length of your part-time nanny’s employment.
We Provide On-going Support
Our commitment to your family doesn't end once you've hired your Nanny. We're here to answer questions, provide suggestions, and offer a network of ongoing support for both your family and your Nanny as need.

You will pay your Nanny directly, regardless of placement type.

The placement process for full or part-time placement typically takes anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. This time frame can sometimes be shorter or longer depending on things like specific job requirements, job schedule, availability of candidates, and family responsiveness.

Regardless of the placement type, you are typically sent 2 to 4 who have been hand selected and vetted by SCN specifically for your position. Our goal is to keep you from becoming overwhelmed and take the stress out of the search process, so we will only send you qualified candidates who match your family’s needs.

The rate and benefits you offer may vary depending on the job specifics. We'll work with you to come up with a fair and competitive compensation plan.
Average Rates Per Position:
Full-Time Nanny: $20-$25/hr
FT Nanny/Family Assistant: $21-$28/hr
Part-Time Nanny: $16-$22/hr

Full-Time & Part-Time Placements: We offer a 90 day replacement guarantee, along with the option to add on additional replacement guarantee time via our a la carte add-ons.
Part-Time Subscription: We offer up to 3 replacement nannies per every 12 month period.

After submitting the online registration, you'll receive an email with a Welcome Guide and a link to schedule your Family Assessment Call where we get to know you and your specific needs, and talk through our process and any questions you may have.
After the Assessment call you will receive a custom proposal for your review/acceptance.
