A warm, active family in the beautiful Riverlights area of Wilmington is seeking a loving, dependable, and energetic Part-Time Nanny to care for their two sweet children—a bright, busy almost 5-year-old son and a happy, curious 21-month-old daughter.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who enjoys a mix of toddler care and preschool-aged engagement — and who thrives in a structured but playful environment.

If you’re creative, hands-on, and love planning engaging days that balance fun and learning, this family would love to meet you.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging in age-appropriate play and learning activities

  • Plan and prepare meals for children, including preparing bottles and nutritious meals/snacks

  • Maintain clean hygiene for the children, including diaper changes, proper clothing, and bathing with requested by family

  • Keep the children’s room and play area tidy and organized

  • Fill out daily activity logs when asked by family

  • Children’s laundry as needed

  • Light housework (loading/unloading dishwasher, general tidying of playroom, children’s rooms, kitchen, and living room)

  • Son attends half-day school Monday–Friday (9-12)

  • Baby girl naps approximately 2 hours daily (around 1–3pm)

  • Overlap caring for both children averages about 2 hours per day

This rhythm allows for meaningful one-on-one time with each child throughout the week.
